About the event
The New Engineering Contract (NEC) is a series of contracts designed to manage any project from start to finish. The contracts are written in plain English with a straightforward structure and are designed to be easily understood. NEC contracts are endorsed by both governments and industry bodies and have a strong track-record for helping to deliver large-scale projects successfully.
This presentation will include a panel discussion on the approach taken by Sydney Water in developing innovative commercial models and contract forms, to counter the challenging NSW market conditions faced in delivering a $35bn capital investment programme, over the next 10 years.
