About the event
Arbitration may be the most appropriate dispute resolution mechanism in many circumstances. This event is designed to respond to some of the most common issues that arise in practice in Victoria, where arbitration is used and in circumstances where it is not. After an introduction of ACICA and Arbitration Victoria, we will have two panels:
