MEL | The Missing Link – Funding Budgets, Cost Estimates and Project Schedules

This is a face-to-face event in Melbourne. The event will be live streamed (if possible) and maybe converted to a Webinar (subject restrictions).

Project outcomes attract a high level of scrutiny, which is understandable considering the vast scale of the investment of money, materials and resources it takes to deliver them.  Often project performance is measured against the Triple Constraints or Iron Triangle of cost, time and quality, which when you consider how the basis of these particulars are generated, developed, implemented, monitored and controlled is a significant contributor to adverse outcomes at a projects conclusion.  This panel will focus on the necessity to align Funding Budgets, with Cost Estimates and Schedules to be able to establish a solid basis for Project Controls throughout the project lifecycle.
